‘Currently’ posts are a little snapshot of the events that are occurring in my day-to-day life. These episodes feature photos from my Instagram, do come and say “Hi!” if you are around. Lottie

READING:

Dressage in Harmony by Walter Zettl – Book Four in The Masters of Horsemanship Series.  A technical book detailing the ‘Hows and Whys’ of dressage. I love it, but it’s certainly not a read for everyone!

Rose

WONDERING:

Not thinking about much of anything.  Just taking it one day at a time over here.
ヾ(^-^)ノ

FEELING THANKFUL:

That I get to go riding again!  And also that we have a warm house.  It is currently a chilly 11°C with a max of 14°C…  Brrr!  (° ロ °)

MInt

EATING:

Stuffed green olives. Roasted and salted mixed nuts. Gluten free toast with peanut butter. Tyring to keep it healthy through all the nursing cravings ~ it’s hard.

Toes

WATCHING:

Cupcake Wars. Drop Dead Diva and, best of all, Agents of Shield! Ever since The Avengers came out I’ve been a total Marvel fangirl, and Agents of Shield has not disappointed.  *squee* Coulson!  ✧・゚:*✧・゚:* \(◕▽◕✿)/ *:・゚✧*:・゚✧

Socks

WORKING ON:

All the sewing projects… (ô д ô) Why, oh why, did I sign myself up for sewing two garments a month??

Floral

LOVING:

Autumn leaves. Horse riding! Cups of tea. All the baby snuggles. Stuffed olives. Crafting. New fabric. Finishing projects. Charlotte’s smiles and giggles. Isabelle’s chatter and “I did it!s”. Theodore’s helpfulness and random things he says. Pretty buttons. Organizing all the things. Family time. Movies. Cute hats. Parcels in the mail.  (• ‿ -)∠☆

Straw

ATTEMPTING:

To keep up with my sewing projects. To get back into the rhythm of housekeeping. To get out of the house more please!

Violet

WANTING:

To sleep more…  ‘Nuff said.   ( ̄。 ̄)~zzz

Petals

DOING:

Small things. Lots of stuff around the house, and hopefully getting more and more into the regular swing of life.

  1. These are such sweetly lovely posts - it's almost as though we get to be a butterfly on the wall and observe a day in your life, dear Bonita. Like yourself, I'm very much taking life one day at a time at present - it's a must when helping my grandma deal with her recent breast cancer diagnosis.

    Wishing you a wonderful Wednesday,
    ♥ Jessica

  2. I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma's illness Jessica ~ it certainly must have a huge impact on your family's life. I do hope that as you take one day at a time, you all have a chance to make sweet memories and have happy moments. Hugs.

  3. Thank you deeply. She pulled through her surgery and is slowly recovering, thank goodness. It's too soon to really access her long term prognosis, but we're all hopeful and she's in pretty good spirits, which always helps one with any medical challenge.

    Big hugs,
    ♥ Jessica

*PS* I forget to mention this last time, but peanut butter on GF toast is a firm favourite of mine as well. Sometimes I'll sprinkle on some raisins and cinnamon, bananas, jam, or if I'm turning it into more a dessert, chocolate chips, too. Yum! :)
